The Complete Package
Behind the gates sits this 50,000 plus square foot masterpiece. ISG carried the ball from a small cabana used as the temporary residence while the main house underwent a full and complete makeover.
This was the 7th project ISG participated in with this valued and loyal client. In this case, the homeowner did their own design and construction management. While ISG contracts predominately with the trade, we were given the OK by our Design customer to move forward and work directly with the homeowner.
Collaboration with homeowner/designer carries its own challenges, but the long term relationship built great respect and trust. ISG was given wide latitude to interpret the customer’s design ideas and functional requirements allowing us to deliver a wide variety of products all with that special wow factor.
ISG sourced all the fabric on this project, as well. Our wide-ranging library of fabric lines gave our designer /homeowner all the variety needed to complete her design and dreams for her once in a lifetime renovation.
From simple manual blackout shades to drapery to wall upholstery this project tapped ISGs vast array of products and services. Look through the photos and you’ll see arched top cornices, arched top-bottom up roman shades, curved drapery, wall upholstery garnished with upholstery nails, upholstered ceilings, cabana drapery, cloud shades, and more. Motorization, also, played a key role on the function side. The master bedroom, outdoor patio, roman shades, cabana, home theater all function at the push of a button or the tap of a screen. ISG played an integral role in providing the proper motors and interfaces that allowed for a seamless and hassle free homeowner experience.

Motorized Roman Shade
This succession of images shows our motorized drapery and arched top roman shade in action. Note how the arched top shade raises to follow the arch and tuck up nice and neat under the arched cornice.
Sitting Room Versatility
ISG’s versatility is on display in the sitting room at the split level corridor. Wall upholstery with an attractive nail head detail highlights the perimeter. Manually operated natural woven shades grace the windows and doors. Look closely at the door shades and see the top down operation.
Motorized Cloud Shades
Motorized cloud shades added femininity and elegance to Her bathroom. A tap on the touchscreen, effortlessly, lowers the shades creating a quiet and private retreat.
Wall & Ceiling Upholstery
Throughout the property ISG’s complete package adds wall and ceiling upholstery, with the nail head trim. The upholstery softened and warmed the hard surfaces. The slight sound absorption qualities of the padding and upholstery also added a more congenial environment for conversation and entertainment.
Sunbrella Fabrics
Not limited to the indoors, ISG also takes care of the Master bedroom balcony retreat with durable Sunbrella fabrics and outdoor compatible motorized hardware.
